Our Mission
Zoomies Rescue is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need, ensuring they receive medical care, behavioral support, and loving forever homes.
Why 'Zoomies'?
Many of the dogs come from difficult situations. When they first arrive, they’re often scared, unsure, and slow to trust. For some, that feeling fades quickly; for others, it takes time, patience, and consistency.
One of the clearest signs that a dog is beginning to feel safe again - learning or remembering how to simply be a dog - is when they get the “zoomies.” That sudden burst of joy, when they run, play, and let their guard down, is when their personality truly starts to shine through.
“Zoomies Rescue” is a reflection of that moment - the turning point from fear to joy, and from uncertainty to a life where they can finally just be themselves.
