Bernie

Meet Bernie, an adorable 5-month-old mixed-breed puppy from Puerto Rico who is ready to find his forever family!

At around 23 pounds, Bernie is a sweet, affectionate, and playful boy who loves spending time with his foster family. He gets along great with other dogs and is always happy to have a canine friend around for some fun.

Bernie is a big fan of toys—stuffed squeaky toys, tug toys, chew toys, balls, and bones are all on his list of favorites. And like any growing puppy, mealtime is definitely one of the best parts of his day! He’s also already potty trained, which is a pretty impressive accomplishment for such a young pup.

But Bernie has something that makes him just a little extra special: he’s polydactyl, with six toes on each of his back paws! His unique little feet just add to his charm and give you two more reasons to fall in love with him.

Bernie made the journey from Puerto Rico for the chance at a wonderful new life. Now all he needs is a family to call his own—one that will give him plenty of love, playtime, squeaky toys, and room to show off those extra-toed zoomies! 🐾❤️
